  • 1 pound of chicken wings, boneless and skinless
  • one clove of chopped garlic,
  • ½ inch of ginger, chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 ½ tbsp of honey
  • ½ tbsp of rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp of garlic chili sauce
  • one tsp of roasted peanut, minced
  • one tsp of cilantro leaves, minced
