How To Make One Pot Andouille Sausage Skillet Pasta

As the name of the meal, you have to guess that this meal is going to be so easy to make. Yes, that is true because it only takes 30 minutes for serving it. You are going to be amazed later. So, just be ready to cook!


  • 12 oz of smoked Andouille sausage, sliced thinly
  • A diced onion
  • Two cups of chicken broth
  • Two cloves of garlic, minced
  • 8 oz of elbow pasta
  • A can of diced tomatoes
  • One of bell pepper
  • A half cup of milk
  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper for the taste
  • A cup of Shredded pepper jack cheese


1First, prepare a large skillet and add a tablespoon of olive oil into it. Heat it over medium-high heat. Add the sliced smoked Andouille sausage, minced garlic, and onion into it. Cook and stir it for about 3-4 minutes until the sausage turns brown. After that, add two cups of chicken broth, a half cup of milk, diced tomatoes, and uncooked pasta into the skillet.

2Stir it all. Add the salt and pepper to season the mixture. Bring it to boil. After that, Cover the skillet for few minute, but don’t forget to reduce the heat. Do it until the pasta well cooked at least for 12-14 minutes. If the pasta already tender, then remove it from the heat immediately. Top it with shredded pepper jack cheese. Cover until the cheese melted well.
