How to make One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies?

  • Four chicken breasts, no bone, and no skin
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp of basil, dried
  • ½ tsp of oregano, dried
  • Three cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 15 ounces of red potatoes, diced
  • 20 ounces of broccoli
  • 2 tbsp of parsley, minced
  • Salt and black pepper sufficiently


1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray or oil. Set aside. Whisk some ingredients in a small bowl; there are butter, 2 tbsp of olive oil, brown sugar, honey, mustard, oregano, garlic, and basil. Whisk them perfectly and add pepper and salt to taste. Save in dry place.
