  • 150 ml soy sauce (low sodium)

1The first thing to do is to cut the flank steak across its grain. Make sure you cut it into small pieces. Then, prepare a large ziplock bag and put the sliced steaks in it along with the cornstarch. Then, using the same skillet, add the bell pepper slices in it to cook for around two minutes until the texture turns soft. Then, you may transfer the cooked bell pepper slices to a plate and set this aside for a while.

4Use the same skillet to combine the sauce ingredients in it, like the sesame oil, the brown sugar, the soy sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Mix and cook these ingredients over medium heat. Here, you will need around 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened.

5While waiting for the sauce to get thickened, you may use the time to cook the ramen noodles. In cooking the ramen noodles, you just need to follow all of the instructions written in the package of the noodle. Then, after the noodle is cooked, toss with the sauce you have prepared before.
