How to Make Mexican Street Corn

  • Six sweet corns, remove the husks
  • ½ cup of sour cream (it’s better to use Mexican crema)
  • ½ cup of cilantro, minced finely
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • One clove of garlic, sliced finely
  • Two teaspoons of lime zest
  • One tablespoon of lime water
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper
  • ½ cup of cotija cheese
  • Salt sufficiently
  • Lime wedges, for garnish


1Preheat the grill tools into 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cleaning up the grate before heating. In a large bowl, make the sauce with combining some ingredients, there are the Mexican crema, mayonnaise, lime zest and lime water, garlic, minced cilantro, pepper and salt to taste.
