How to make Marshmallow Christmas Pops

Make some cute and tasty Marshmallow Christmas Pops celebrate the special Christmas Day with the entire family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • Lollypop sticks
  • Marshmallows
  • Pure chocolate
  • White fondant with black mark
  • Red heart shaped fondant or candy
  • Chocolate sparks (you may use jewel cinnamon)

Directions:

1First, you need to prepare a template used to make the glitter antlers. Then, you need to melt the chocolate in a bowl of boiling water. Here, make sure you stir it occasionally so that that the chocolate will be completely melted and the texture becomes smooth.

2Next, prepare a plastic bag and pour the melted chocolate into it. Seal and cut the corner of the plastic bag to squeeze the chocolate out. Then, simply pour the chocolate into the antlers template. Squeeze the chocolate carefully so that you will have the good antlers shape.

3After that, prepare the chocolate glitters and a brush. Gently brush it into the antlers template filled with melted chocolate. Do the same steps to the remaining chocolate antlers until you have reached to make the desired amount of antlers. Also, make sure you make some additional antlers just in case some will be broke or can’t function well.

4While waiting for the antlers to get dry, you may use the time to prepare for the eyes of the reindeer. Simply use the white fondant and make it into several small circles. Then, mark the black mark on the center of the eye as the pupil of the reindeer.

5Now is the time to insert the marshmallow through the lollypop stick. You might need a needle to put the marshmallow through. So, insert the needle first and then take it out. Replace with the lollypop sticks and do the same steps for the remaining marshmallows.

6When the marshmallows have been stuck to the lollipop sticks, you need to dip them into the melted chocolate. Make sure you dip all parts of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Lift it up while gently shaking the excess chocolate drips.

7Arrange the antlers on top of the parchment paper and place the dipped marshmallow on top of a couple of antlers. Wait for several times and lift the marshmallow carefully. Then, you will see the antlers stick to the marshmallows.

Now, decorate the faces of the reindeer with the fondant and the heart-shaped fondant or candy. Also, you may add to tie a ribbon on each marshmallow stick to make it much more beautiful.
