Ingredients:

  • 8 oz of pasta
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • A quarter onion, chopped
  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • Six tomatoes, chopped
  • Five cloves of garlic, minced
  • One and a half cup of milk
  • A quarter cup of all-purpose flour
  • One and a half cup of chicken broth
  • 2 oz of cream cheese
  • A half teaspoon of dried oregano, also half teaspoon of dried basil
  • A quarter teaspoon of pepper, even red pepper flakes
  • A half teaspoon of salt
  • A teaspoon of dried parsley
  • A half cup of grated parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1Prepare the large pot, and fill it with the water to a boil. Add a tablespoon of oil to prevent the pasta gets stick one each other. After that, put the uncooked pasta into it, and cook it al dente. Then, remove the pot from the stove and drain the cooked pasta with the colander.
