How to Make Late Night Nachos

  • 200 grams of original corn chips
  • 1 pound of beef, chopped
  • Red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Two tsp of Mexican seasoning
  • 1 cup of red kidney beans
  • One can of tomatoes paste
  • Enough sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • ½ cup of tasty cheese, shredded
  • Two tomatoes, medium size


1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take a medium skillet over high heat. Add the olive oil until heated. Saute the onion up to 5 minutes until tender. Then, add the chopped beef. Sook them in 8-10 minutes by using a wooden spoon. It has the function to break up the lumps of beef.

2Stirring well until browned, next add the Mexican seasoning. Cook more for 1 minute only. Adding the kidney beans and diced tomatoes. Cook all ingredients for 5 minutes more while reducing the heat to low. After that, remove from the heat and set aside.

3Take a deep plate (6 cm in deep). Arrange the corn chips and sprinkle the shredded cheese over on top. Bake it for 10 minutes only to get the melted cheese. Remove from oven and pour the ingredients that cooked before. Complete with guacamole and sour cream.
