For the icing:

  • 500 gr powdered sugar
  • 45 gr heavy cream
  • Water

1First of all, you have to take a bowl (heatproof) and fill with the dark green candies in it. After that, prepare a small pot and heat it with water over the double boiler stovetop. When the water gets simmer, put the candy bowl in it and melt the candy by stirring it occasionally until the candy is completely melted.

2To continue, you need to put a little bit of icing on top of the Oreo cookies. This icing is used to stick the strawberries with the cookies so that they will adhere to the cookies. After that, you may go back to the melted dark green chocolate to coat to the strawberries.

3Before coating the chocolate, you need to insert a toothpick on top of each strawberry to hold when you want to dip them into the melted dark green candy. Then, check the melted candy, if it is already melted, you may lower the heat and dip the strawberries in it.

4Lift the strawberries and shake gently to remove any excess melted candy drips. Next, you need to place the dipped strawberries into the Oreo cookies that have been poured with the icing on top. Simply take another toothpick to help you place the strawberries carefully.

5When all of the strawberries have been stuck to the Oreo cookies, then your snack is almost ready to serve. However, before serving, you need to prepare for the topping. Here, you may decorate the strawberries with sprinkles and top with a candy star. Make sure you put the topping while the chocolate is still wet.
