How to Make Baked Honey Sriracha Wings

  • 20 Chicken Wings (For About 2 Pounds)
  • 2 Tbsp Of Melted Unsalted Butter
  • One Tsp Of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Of Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Salt And Ground Black Pepper

For Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Of All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Of Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ Cup Sriracha
  • ¼ Cup Of Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Of Soy Sauce
  • One Lime, Juiced

Directions:

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a baking sheet and covered with parchment paper. Set aside. Then, make the sauce. Take a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter until melted. Add the all-purpose flour and whisk for about 1 minutes until getting the slightly browned.

2Add the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha and juice lime. Stir until boil and get the thickened sauce. After that, remove from pan. Set aside. Then, take the large bowl and add butter, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder whisk until dull and add the wings into it. Stir slowly to get the coated evenly.
